Career Opportunity Development, Inc.DUTIES

• Provide excellent customer service
• Sweep and mop floors
• Empty trash, sweep, and clean surfaces
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
• Dust furniture and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Complete other general cleaning assignments required of a janitorial maintenance crew member

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
• Must possess janitorial maintenance skills or desire to learn janitorial maintenance skills
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds independently
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to pass a drug test, including non-use of marijuana
• Must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or documented religious or medical exemption to apply
