MAINTENANCE/CUSTODIAL POSITION - Frontier School Corporation : Job Details

Lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds? Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures? Climb ladders up to 10ft? Move furniture? Possess a thorough understanding of cleanliness? Perform work overhead such as changing light bulbs, light covers, and cleaning air diffusers, andwashing windows? Unclog toilets when needed? Clean up biological wastes as needed? Operate powered custodian equipment i.e. walk behind scrubbers, polishers, vacuum cleaners? Stand on feet for extended periods and able to walk between buildings? Understand proper use of cleaning supplies? Communicate effectively with others? Make correct assessments and judgments regarding tasks and equipment? Stoop and bend on a regular basis? Climb and work on bleachers and stairs? Clean and maintain football, baseball, and public restrooms weekly? Clean and maintain Corporation office weekly? Clean and maintain Brookston Gymnasium weekly? Able to work all home games and Set up for special events? Ability to operate outside equipment, zero turn mowers, gas trimmers, leaf blowers, and yard tools? Work independently with minimal supervision? Team player? Push, pull manipulate two/four wheel loaded carts,? Shovel snow, spread ice melt chemicals and work on slick surfaces? Other duties as assignedWork schedule will be 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, five days per week.
