MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR - Wesleyan Village : Job Details

Wesleyan Village is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Director for our Independent Living Facility. The successful candidate will have well-rounded experience in providing maintenance in a building.

Responsibilities of Maintenance Director:

• The ability to maintain and repair heating and refrigeration equipment throughout the facility
• Ability to perform maintenance on equipment, machinery, and plumbing systems throughout the facility
• Ability to perform electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, roofing repairs, and snow removal.
• Perform paint touch ups, repair drywall, and plaster as required.
• Repair floor systems as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications of Maintenance Director:

• One Year of Maintenance Experience
• Skills in carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing
• Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety
• Valid driver's license
