Maintenance Director - Compass Health : Job Details

Maintenance Director needed for Bayside Care Center Skilled Nursing Facility. The Maintenance Director is responsible for:- Maintenance and repair of physical structures and utility systems of the facility- Maintenance of outside grounds- Repairs to mechanical equipment- Maintenance of records and logs as part of state regulations- Safety inspections, including checking the operational condition of fire safety and emergency alert system.
