This role involves performing maintenance tasks on the building's interior, exterior, and equipment to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for our guests.Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine maintenance of the hotel's facilities, including electrical and plumbing systems. Perform inspections and repairs of equipment and devices within the hotel. Ensure the property complies with safety and building regulations. Address maintenance issues promptly to minimize disruptions for guests.Requirements:Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing.
