1st Shift (United States of America)
A BRIEF OVERVIEWThe Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor is responsible for maintaining systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts; supervising staff.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide maintenance support for facilities and production projects.
- Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance support employees and inspects work for completeness
- Inspects facility; notes maintenance problems; initiates solutions.
- May advise on machine purchases, manage building or renovation projects, design electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems, or edit computer parameters for PCDNC communication.
- Manages vendors, contractors and in-house staff on the projects, and Master Services Agreements (MSA)
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Or Equivalent (Required)
- Associates (Preferred)
- Bachelor (Preferred)
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ Year of experience in production equipment maintenance (Required)
- Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing (Preferred)
- Management/leadership Experience (Preferred)
- Experience with Orchid's Manufacturing Process (Preferred)
