Purpose of the Position/Job Summary: The Maintenance Field Employee is responsible for performing various maintenance duties and ensuring that Cauley Creek remains clean and safe during evening operating hours. Field employees are responsible for overseeing the Park grounds, athletic fields, sports courts, and facilities during the evening hours with a primary focus on janitorial services, trash collection, and overall site security. Additionally, these employees will occasionally prepare the team's equipment and clean the operating headquarters, adhere to safety protocols and company policies, and provide daily updates to assigned foreman. The Night Shift employees will work 35-40 hours per week, 4:00 PM-9:00 PM, Monday-Saturday. Ideally, this candidate would work one weekend day as well (7.00 am - 4.00 pm). TSI is looking for one or two employees to fulfill some or all the shifts in Hours above. Applicant must be a licensed driver.Essential Functions:The individual with this position in our company will be expected, on a regular basis, to:
- Logging work time using Sales Force's Field Service mobile application
- Wearing proper PPE
- Policing Park, Collecting Trash, and Ensuring Parks 4 restrooms remain clean and stocked
- Reporting and communicating job-related functions to Foreman
- Operating the following machines (with Foreman approval):
- Pick-up Truck and UTV
Weekly Responsibilities (Including but Not Limited To):
- Conducting Five Safety Meetings per Week
- Communicating Schedule needs and conflicts with Foreman
Monthly Responsibilities (Including but Not Limited To):
- Work Special events assigned by Foreman

Supervisory Responsibility: This job has no supervisory responsibility. Minimum Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience as a laborer in commercial construction projects preferred
- Identify common construction materials, hand tools, and power tools
- Understand construction terminology
- Proven commitment to Safety
- Must have reliable transportation to/from the job site
- Ability to work overtime as/if needed.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Must be self-motivated and can work well with others.
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of material weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to squat, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
- Minimum age 18+
- Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
- Ability to communicate in more than one language a plus
- Familiarity with how to read blueprints a plus
