Job Type Full-time Description Decatur Manor is seeking an EXPERIENCED Maintenance Floor Tech to join our team at its facility in Decatur, Illinois. The position available is Full-Time (Non-Exempt) with an 8-hour day shift. Responsibilities of the Floor Tech: •Report all issues with floors to Maintenance Director •Troubleshoot any and all kinds of emergencies or urgent repairs •Maintain the cleanliness of all floors •Assist with daily work orders •Assure the proper maintenance and running condition of all Floor equipment •Perform minor repairs and do routine maintenance •Inspect and repair all damages to building surfaces •Adhere to quality standards and health and safety regulations •Cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, etc. Requirements

• Previous experience in floor maintenance and general labor strongly preferred (please show on resume this experience)
• Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility or hospital preferred
• Must be compassionate, tolerant and understanding of older adults
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and be deemed eligible for hire by IDPH. Fingerprinting may be necessary for eligibility.
