false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Prepares, cleans and maintains barns and grounds of Keeneland by performing the following duties.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Performs general labor duties such as cleaning stalls, blowing and raking leaves, cleaning barn areas, shoveling snow and picking up trash.Prepares barns for the race meet including but not limited to removing benches and bucket from barns and adding sand and rock to shed rows and stallsPicks up and removes all trash from the parking areas during the race meet and other times of the year.Helps with various race meet duties on the track, on the grounds and in the facilities.Performs various duties in preparing and maintaining the barn and barn areas including but not limited to cutting and laying sod, removing debris, adding crushed rock and raking barn areas.Removes straw and all other debris from stalls during the sales.Maintain and Cuts grass with zero-turn mower, push mower and/or weed eater Operates small equipment, such as a tractor, pickup truck or utility vehicle.Helps to cleanup tree and shrub debris from various locations on the grounds.Work alongside others to perform any and/or all of the above duties and responsibilities. Helps Plumbing/HVAC, Electrical and other departments as needed.Other duties may be assigned as needed.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
