Maintenance & Grounds Person - ARD : Job Details

Full time maintenance position available for an apartment complex located in Crestview.Looking for someone that can work on AC, Electrical work, plumbing, painting, outside grounds work, and assist with work orders in units (plumbing, drywall, painting, small appliance repair, working on the grounds and getting unit cleaned and painted and ready for new Move Ins.
