This is a full-time position that requires expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and custodial work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing a variety of tasks and be flexible with daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:Perform basic plumbing tasks (e.g., repairing toilets, drains, and hot water tanks)Handle basic electrical work (e.g., switches, fixtures, outlets)Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
