Our client, Harsco Rail is seeking a Maintenance Helper at **$22.70** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.**Job Title: Maintenance Helper****Location: Ludington, MI****Pay Range: $22.70 an hour****What's the Job?**+ Applicant must have the ability to learn the assembly and functions of the various machines and have ability to assemble from prints and sketches.+ Must be in good health and physically fit to withstand outside work in all weather and work under and on top of the various machines, etc.+ The Company will require physical exams where deemed necessary.+ The flexibility of being able to move inventory, if needed.+ Applicant must be capable of working from complicated wiring diagrams for assembling cable assemblies and electrical subassemblies.+ Working knowledge of soldering procedures for quality products.+ Requires ability to trouble shoot from wiring diagrams to determine wiring error component failure.+ Must have electrical background or experience and/or mechanical experience or background.**What's Needed?**- High school diploma or equivalent.- 2-3 years hands on training in Electrical or Electronics and/or Mechanical**What's in it for me?**+ Full time position **$22.70 an hour.**+ Long term position that can lead into a permanent position as an Electrical or Mechanical Assembler+ Health, dental, vision insurance+ 401K+ If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
