Maintenance Helper - Staffworks : Job Details

This is a 3 month assignment maybe longer if needed. Monday - Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Paint and patch walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed Assemble and install furniture, equipment, and/or appliances. Carry out carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, windows, and/or furniture. Handle basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures. Perform electrical repairs, including replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches. Maintain tools and equipment are kept in good working condition. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and/or systems. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner....Helper, Maintenance, Helper, Retail, Staffing
