Maintenance Helper - Adams and Associates : Job Details

Glenmont Job Corps is looking for a highly self motivated, dedicated, team player to join our Maintenance team! The Maintenance helper assists in providing preventative and ongoing maintenance of Center facility, grounds and systems. Valid in State drivers license is REQUIRED MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION May supervise Job Corps' Work-Based Learning assigned to the department. RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: o Performs repair and preventive maintenance to facility and building systems on Center. o May inspect the work of other maintenance personnel. o Researches and recommends purchase of replacement equipment as needed. o May be asked to oversee the training activities of students assigned to the maintenance area. o May be asked to oversee the activities and quality of performance of outside contractors performing repairs and/or replacement of equipment. o Conducts periodic inspections of building systems and equipment to ensure working quality. o May coordinate activities...Helper, Maintenance, Helper, Building Maintenance, Retail, Education, Systems
