The Maintenance Helper is responsible for providing general maintenance and repair services to keep buildings and grounds in good condition. This may include performing minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks; conducting routine and preventative maintenance; and responding to emergency maintenance requests. Role Purpose. The purpose of a Maintenance Helper is to assist in the upkeep and maintenance of a facility. This may include small repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep.
