Listen to unusual noisesor vibration. Observe air system for proper operation and check dust emissions. Checkbelts on conveying equipment. Clean magnet. Load Out Area: Visually inspect for proper operation. Check for air leaks and excessive feed spillage. Basement Area: Check steam system condensate pump operation. Listen to unusual noises. Visually inspect for feed and ingredient leaks. Crumble Rolls: Visually inspect and listen to unusual noises. Observe belt condition. Cooler Fans: Visually inspect belts, ductwork, platform, cooler fan, and belt condition. Listen to unusual noises or vibrations. Observe for dust emissions. Pellet Mills: Visually inspect the oil level in the gearbox and add oil if necessary. Check oil pressure gauges.
