Responsibilities: This role is vital in the restaurant and each day in our restaurants presents unique experiences, and no two days are ever the same, but typically, every day involves the following responsibilities:

• Assist the management team in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• Includes, but is not limited to cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, restrooms, dining room interiors, HVAC/exhaust units, and roof of debris, taking out trash, emptying trash, changing light bulbs, filtering oil fryers daily, and maintaining outside grounds.
• Ensure a memorable visit for our guests by maintaining the upkeep of customer and employee-accessible areas.
• Supply by unloading incoming deliveries twice a week and helping to replenish necessary stock in the restaurant.
• Be in the know by conducting routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems.
• Lead the experience by ensuring the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence.
• Basic understanding of how to use small hand tools and cleaning equipment.
