Maintenance/ FT- On Call

Established property management company is seeking a full time/ on-call maintenance professional.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Employee is responsible for the following but may not be limited to: Prepping of vacant units, completing work orders for occupied units, and special projects as needed. Candidate will have experience sheet rocking, plumbing/heating, & gas boilers, electrical, appliance repair, grounds maintenance/janitorial, and carpentry skills, as well as snow removal/clean up that may involve the use of a snow blower/plow. This position includes an on-call rotation (Friday to Friday) in which he/she addresses all after hours emergencies dispatched by our answering service during the rotation period. Will interact with current and future residents and may assist with outside contractors performing services on-site if/when needed. Travel to other properties we manage within Orange/Dutchess counties may be required as needed. Must be able to work as a team as well as independently when required to do so. Candidate must have the ability to lift 50+lbs, and will be required to bend frequently, push, pull, kneel, and reach overhead.

Must have your own tools and a valid/clean driver's license. Applicants will be required to complete and pass a drug exam and background check.

What we offer:

We offer $25.00/hr for experienced on-call maintenance techs. After 90-day period employees will be eligible for health insurance (75% covered by employer/25% covered by employee).
