***Core Duties Maintenance Position***

2nd and 3rd shifts available
Perform reactive and planned preventive maintenance (PPM). • Ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
• Perform repairs, including replacing worn parts, adjusting settings, and aligning components
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
• Handle minor facility maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Conduct building inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Oversee contractors or vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.

At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a production facility.
• Experience with advanced high-speed automated machinery.
• Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, resistance welding, and cooling systems.
• Understanding of 3-phase electrical systems and low-voltage control systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair PLC faults.
• Skills in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and 3D drawings.
• Experience operating mill and lathe equipment.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for scheduling and tracking maintenance.
• Knowledge of IoT devices and systems in manufacturing environments.
Problem-Solving Skills:
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of equipment issues. • Effective troubleshooting and resolution of complex mechanical problems.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of working in an outdoor environment. • Ability to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds at a time. • Visual acuity for reading instructions, operating of equipment, inspection of all logistics forms. • Required to wear PPE consisting of high visible reflective wear, safety goggles and gloves.
