About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance professional to join our team in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry. As a Maintenance team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly will be essential to the success of our operation. You will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Qualifications:

• Certification in a related field such as HVAC or plumbing
• Experience working in a hospitality or customer service environment
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance and repairs
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Skills:
