Maintenance - Dover Corporation : Job Details

The Facilities Maintenance position performs general maintenance work to maintain structures, electrical system machines, heating systems, plumbing, etc. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Performs work assigned to rig, move, install machines and equipment. Secure, level and align machines properly. Assist in machine repair or overhauls. Perform preventative maintenance as required per schedule. Do simple structural work, concrete work, rough carpentry, plumbing, and etc., incidental to assignments. Work from plans or layouts. Maintains a clean and orderly work area and perform all assignments in a safe manner. Repair and maintain building, machinery and any other equipment as required. Inspect, repair, replace, install, adjust, and maintain all air lines, air compressors, heat, mechanical and electrical equipment in factory or offices including phones and computer wiring.
