The ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Proven experience and technical knowledge in a highly automated manufacturing environment
- Proven experience and technical knowledge in the areas of electrical and mechanical maintenance of equipment, OR military experience in a technical field OR an associate's/bachelor's degree in a technical field
- Experience in changing out bearing and motors
- Proficient in both electrical and mechanical knowledge and abilities
- Basic hand/power tool familiarity
- Ability to weld with MIG & TIG
- Ability to troubleshoot highly complex electrical circuits at the 120/240/460 levelsAbility to specify & to run EMT conduit and related hardware
- The ability to read and interpret manufacturing specifications via blueprints and/or schematics, or work instructions
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics
- Knowledge of and experience with industrial electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics in a manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office, email), including knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (i.e., SAP or Maximo)
- Pumping system maintenance & electrical experience
- Conveyor system maintenance & electrical experience
- Knowledge of rollforming and pressing equipment, along with shears, embossers, saws, ovens, etc.
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (i.e., SAP or Maximo)
- Ability to troubleshoot and program PLCs & associated control modules to troubleshoot machinery and equipment
- Detail-Oriented, strongcommunication skills and positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
- Ability to appropriately conduct maintenance in a high stress manufacturing environment.
