Maintenance Lead - Polyram Compounds, LLC : Job Details

Polyram Compounds, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to join our team. The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities within our facility to ensure optimum performance and safety of all equipment. This role involves leading a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues.
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inventory of supplies.
• Assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support for equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best maintenance practices.
• Participate in planning and execution of capital projects related to maintenance improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a technical field preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance leadership or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Maintenance Tech experience: 5 years (Required)
