Base Comp $70-80k, Eligible for 10-20% Bonus program (approximately 4-6 months after hire date), after demonstrating competencies in all job-related areas**This position has the potential to grow significantly in both comp and responsibility in just a few years!Job DetailsJob Responsibilities -
  • Oversee a team of one part time and several contract maintenance techs
  • Collaborate with Plant Manager and Team Leads to develop maintenance schedules, work orders, and preventive maintenance plans
  • Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure the completion of maintenance tasks on time and within budget
  • Oversee repair, inspection, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities
  • Investigate and resolve maintenance-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts, tools, and supplies
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, and provide reports to Management
  • Learn and develop an understanding of the relevant regulations for our industry and incorporate that into our production and maintenance processes
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; Technical or trade school a plus
  • 5+ years in a maintenance or engineering role
  • Knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment
  • PLC troubleshooting experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
  • Basic Electrical and Electrical troubleshooting skills
