You will be accountable for the coordination and enabling the site Asset & technology leader in the overall loss prevention of the plant equipment and process technology, site facilities & buildings to support delivery of the SQCDSM metrics. You will ensure un-interrupted service is provided by 100% compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards. How you will contribute You will: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery as needed. Help create preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules, including lubrication, calibration, and replacement of worn parts. Aid in the transfer of knowledge of best practices in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, including motors, conveyor belts, and packaging machinery. Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations. Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment histories, and inventory levels. Comply with safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Train others on the use of diagnostic tools and creating capability for the maintenance workforce. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance reliability and efficiency. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step 3) & skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s) at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (BD-Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM - Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools. The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next level work process owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach. Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems. Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills. More about this role What you need to know about this position: Equivalent technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Vibration Analyst, Lubrication Technician, Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Specialist in an industrial setting, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting. Working knowledge of rotating equipment, bearing types and electrical systems. Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems and their components. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Reliability certifications are a plus.
