About Us: We are a fast-paced, family-owned company with a commitment to excellence. Our environment is definitely a bit old school, where hard work and dedication are key to success. We're looking for a Maintenance Manager who understands the importance of commitment and is ready to take on a leadership role that balances both office and hands-on work.

Role Overview: The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians, focusing on managing maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance programs. This role involves handling budgets, invoicing, assigning work packs, and managing CapEx projects. You'll be responsible for ordering parts, hiring contractors, and overseeing new equipment installations and facility upgrades. While this role is more management-focused, you should be comfortable being hands-on about 20% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and ensure machinery efficiency
  • Handle budgets, invoicing, and financial tracking for the maintenance department
  • Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Oversee CapEx projects, including hiring and supervising third-party contractors
  • Manage the installation of new equipment and facility upgrades

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in food manufacturing or high-speed production environments
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
  • Expertise in managing maintenance budgets, invoicing, and project management
  • Strong skills in developing, budgeting, tracking, and reporting financials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to research and identify advanced equipment for upgrades
  • Proficient in negotiating contracts and ensuring operational efficiency

If you're a dedicated leader with a strong technical background and a passion for managing projects in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Apply today to take on a key role in maintaining our high standards of operational efficiency.
