Maintenance Manager - The Judge Group : Job Details

The Judge Group is Seeking an Experienced Maintenance Manager for a Food and Beverage Manufacturer We are Partnered with in the Gurnee, IL Area. This Role Requires Previous Maintenance Management Experience in a Food Manufacturing Setting and Prefers a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Facilities and Machine Preventative Maintenance and Repair.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Production for Scheduled Maintenance of Machines.
• Machine Set Up for New Product Lines.
• Train and Develop Maintenance Team and Cross Departmental Team Members.

Qualifications:

• 5 Year's Experience in a Maintenance Manager Role in a Food Manufacturing Setting.
• Engineering Degree (Mechanical Preferred).
• TPM Knowledge and Experience.
• Lean Belt.
