Summary:

A leading Animal Feed Manufacturer for high quality products is looking for a new Maintenance Manager to join their site in Upper Sandusky, OH. This is a fully onsite position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the total maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Arrange and manage third-party contractor support as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of employees responsible for repairing and maintaining buildings, facilities, equipment, and machinery.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as records, work orders, parts requisitions, daily logs, and other required paperwork.
• As a Qualified Individual under the FSMA rule, apply training on animal food hygiene and safety by following the company's Food Safety Plan protocols, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Maintain and optimize equipment efficiency and reliability to support production rates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Maintenance Leadership
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical discipline
• Familiarity with Food Quality & Safety regulations
