MAINTENANCE MANAGER - KB Search Team : Job Details

As Maintenance Manager-Paint Operations you will:

• Establish departmental goals to support production, program launches, and strategic initiatives
• Lead the Maintenance team to achieve KPI targets
• Maintain the manufacturing assets of the plant
• Provide training and continuous improvement development of the Maintenance team
• Drive Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
• Develop and maintain associate safety standards
• Support ISO14000 and IATF standards

Your strengths to be successful should include:

• Associates degree or a Journeyman Card preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Automotive manufacturing painting operations experience a MUST
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment including paint lines, moving conveyors. robots and automation
• Experience with PLC controls
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed
