MAINTENANCE MANAGER - Confidential : Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at multi-site operations. Looking for hands-on experience and leadership of teams working with grinding, finishing, milling or similiar equipment/machinery knowledge.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance schedules

- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure efficient operation of equipment

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment

- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement

- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

-Grinding, finishing, milling or similiar equipment/machinery knowledge.

- Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance operations

- Strong knowledge of schematics, low voltage systems, logic controllers, and HVAC systems

- Proficiency in project management and supervising maintenance teams

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Familiarity with using tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical systems
