**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented Maintenance Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Meritor in Fletcher, NC.
**Job Summary:**
Manages teams in the maintenance organization. Manages preventative maintenance processes to ensure equipment is available and capable. Develops performance standards and formulates staff development plans. Coaches and leads improvement activities. Manages department budgets. Manages spare parts and indirect materials inventory.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ **Inventory Management:** Oversee the management of spare parts and indirect materials inventory to support maintenance activities.
+ **Strategic Planning:** Plan and align maintenance strategies with organizational goals to ensure long-term success.
**Education, Licenses, Certifications:**
A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related bachelor's degree or higher, required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
**Experience:**
Significant level of relevant work experience, including supervisory and leadership experience, required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
The key responsibility of this role is to lead our Maintenance department as they support our manufacturing facility. This roll is responsible for a team of 40+ individuals as they support all our equipment in the building. This position requires a strong people leader with a deep knowledge of maintenance and facility support.
