You Will:
Attain a world-class Maintenance Program at the Plant City Plastipak site, which produces rigid plastic containers for leading consumer brands
Assure optimal performance and production of all equipment and support systems are in top condition and performing at optimal levels through superlative planned and preventative maintenance
Assure the Maintenance Team has the skills, training, process & procedural structure to effectively maintain, repair and install extrusion blow molding and injection machinery and equipment within our high-volume manufacturing facility
Demonstrably contribute to the site's cross-functional achievement of Quality, Reliability, Scrap and Safety goals
As a member of the site leadership team, assure positive employee engagement and foster a culture of TMP, GMP & safety across the site.

You Have:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of eight (8) years of manufacturing maintenance leadership and management in a high-volume production site, with a strong preference for within plastics & packaging industry
Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience contributing to the success of organization's TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program via achievement of a best-in-class maintenance program exceeding cost, delivery, quality, reliability objectives
Strong track record shaping a high-performing maintenance program through superlative process & procedure design, ongoing continuous improvement and people development. Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
Experience with extrusion blow molding and Injection processes, preferably using Sidel &/or Husky equipment
Knowledge of and experience in PM Planning and scheduling
