Position Overview

Job Title: Maintenance / Reliability / Engineering Manager

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Status: Full-time

Shift: Flexibility required

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of team work and collaboration
• Provide strong leadership and set the vision/goals for the Maintenance team
• Oversee all equipment maintenance, plant infrastructure, and project management
• Ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Key Qualifications

• Background in Food & Beverage manufacturing
• Engineering experience (preferred)
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programing and troubleshooting
• Electrical: up to 480V 3-phase
• Shift flexibility required, including overtime as required
