This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our facility and keeping our production lines moving. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, overseeing all aspects of maintenance and ensuring our equipment is in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong technical background, particularly in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Responsibilities:1. Oversee the maintenance of all manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.2. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all equipment, utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).3. Troubleshoot and repair issues with electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of these areas.4. Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.5. Collaborate closely with other departments, including production and quality control, to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.6. Manage the budget for the maintenance department, making cost-effective decisions regarding equipment and resources.7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology, implementing new strategies as necessary to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.2. At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the food manufacturing industry.3. Proven experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.4. Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and practices.5. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.6. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments.9. Demonstrated ability to manage a budget and make cost-effective decisions.10.
