Maintenance Manager (65-85K+)

Due to retirement, we are seeking a 1st shift - Maintenance Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of a manufacturing facility.

Your Role:

• As the Maintenance Manager you will provide hands on oversight and direction to the plant's maintenance team.
• Plan and oversee repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance projects.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with contractors and service providers.
• Maintain maintenance logs and ensure compliance with OSHA safety programs.
• Collaborate daily with the Plant Manager to meet operational objectives.

Background Profile:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
