Maintenance Manager (90-130K)

Due to growth and expansion, we have a Maintenance Manager opportunity available near the Auburn, NY area.

Your Role:

• Lead the maintenance team, drive preventative maintenance, and ensure smooth operations in a state-of-the-art plant.
• Oversee maintenance for critical processing systems (filtration, separation, evaporation, dryers)
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to solve problems quickly.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of equipment, including ammonia refrigeration.

Education and Experience:

• AAS degree and 5+ years of hands-on maintenance and equipment operation experience.
• 3+ years of Supervisory / Management experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (GMP, FDA, SQF).
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledgeable with liquid filling / packaging operations, silos, pumps, valves, preferred.
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets.
