Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Maintenance Manager to join our thriving team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance within the facility, including preventive maintenance, equipment maintenance, PLC programming, hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting, inventory management, and safety. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize the lifespan and productivity of our manufacturing equipment.2. Utilize PLC programming skills to optimize the operation and efficiency of automated systems.4. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively, minimizing downtime and disruption to production.5. Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring availability when needed and cost-effective procurement.6. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations, fostering a culture of safety within the team.7. Lead, motivate, and develop the maintenance team, promoting continuous learning and improvement.8. Regularly review and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the manufacturing industry.3. Proven expertise in preventive maintenance, equipment maintenance, PLC programming, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.4. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.5. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.6. A solid understanding of safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing industry.7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.9. Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant computer applications.10.
