Our great client is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their collaborative team!

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage maintenance strategies.
• Oversee department budgets and implement strategies to improve operational performance.
• Conduct regular assessments and trainings to ensure safety of employees.
• Work closely with Production leaders to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 6+ years of leadership experience with heavy machinery, production lines or related fields.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Proven hands-on experience with injection molding machines.
• U.S. Citizen or green card holder.
