They are opening a new facility in Ohio and need you to get it rolling.They are looking for a Maintenance Manager to run the maintenance teams. As the manager of the maintenance department, your responsibilities include a diverse range of tasks crucial to the smooth functioning of the plant. This includes training and supervising employees within the maintenance team, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Additionally, you will negotiate contracts with external vendors for maintenance work, strive to secure optimal terms and quality service. It is essential to uphold operational efficiency by conducting timely inspections and repairs on electrical equipment and mechanical systems, minimizing downtime, and maximizing productivity. Furthermore, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across company premises and facilities falls under your purview, fostering a safe and healthy work environment. Base salary, with full benefits.
