Maintenance Manufacturing Leadership Program (2025) - Owens Corning : Job Details

Engage in preventative maintenance programs and procedures for plant equipment. Investigate and resolve work in process problems. Maintain production equipment to meet organizational standards and minimize downtime. Focus on safety, automation, digitalization, strategic asset management, and data analytics. Develop skills in safety leadership, project engineering, reliability processes, maintenance planning, and supervisory leadership. Recommend and implement improvements for operations, equipment, and documentation. Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Total Productive Maintenance methodologies. Program Outcome: Upon completion, participants will be placed in a full-time assignment as a Maintenance Supervisor/ Leader at a North American Owens Corning manufacturing plant.
