General Duties, Experience and Skills Include:

• Have a mechanical background and expertise in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced perishable food environment.
• Technical understanding of PLC's, VFD's and other industrial controls. The ability to read, follow and understand technical diagrams and schematics and industrial computer technology. Have a mechanical background and expertise in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment.
• Individual must be able to work with both their and other personal safety and food safety as priorities.
• All aspects of maintenance will be part of your job duties. (For example; working with computer equipment, working on production equipment, painting, repairs, plumbing, construction and demolition, electrical troubleshooting...)
• Clean class D driver's license.
• The ability and willingness to take direction from management and to follow directions, and to work independently.
• Perform the work and deal with problems as they arise.
• Snow plowing duties.
