Perform the following typical tasks: o Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all types of mechanical equipment. o Perform weekly inspection of campus cooling towers. o Perform adjustment and maintenance on water treatment equipment. o Report out on equipment repairs and replacement needs using cmms software. o Perform journey level tasks in machinery mechanics, such as repair and replacement of drive belts, motors etc. on-air handling equipment. o Maintain boilers, repair kitchen equipment and exhaust fans o Adjust door closers o Operate various power tools in a skilled manner o May assist, coordinate and/or work with other trades and journey level personnel - Perform semi-skilled tasks in multiple trades including electrician and plumbing work. o Replace showers heads o Repairing leaking faucets o Install shower sweeps - Operate machinery such as forklifts and scissor-lifts. - Load and unload materials and supplies. - Operate vehicles such as UW vans and trucks to transport ...Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance, Equipment Repair, Mechanic, Mechanical, Automotive, Education
