Maintenance Mechanic - Community Wellness Partners : Job Details

Description of the role:The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and machines in order to ensure smooth operations at Community Wellness Partners in Clinton, New York.Responsibilities:Performing regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and machinesTroubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issuesOrdering and replacing parts as neededImplementing preventive maintenance measuresFollowing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulationsRequirements:Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Flooring, and Ground.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprintsAbility to work independently and problem-solveGood physical stamina and hand-eye coordinationAbility to work in hot & cold, sit, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, walk, lift 50+lb.Able to help with snow removal.Work around elderly.High school diploma or equivalent.
