Maintenance Mechanic

$26.61 - $31.05 per hour

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Brookings, SD seeks a full-time Maintenance Mechanic. Duties include monitoring, inspecting and providing maintenance and repair of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning and electrical systems; maintaining and repairing equipment including environmental chambers, scientific equipment, appliances and plumbing fixtures; conducting preventative maintenance on building interior and exterior; managing and maintaining government vehicle fleet; snow removal.
