Essential Job Responsibilities:
Capable of minor electrical troubleshooting and ability to wire three phasemotors for proper rotations
Power transmission repair including rebuild and installationMachinery repair and maintenance.Perform preventative maintenance and maintain records.Pump repair or rebuild for centrifugal, diaphragm, and progressive style pumps.Welding Stick flat and horizontal, AWS code.General automotive servicing.Perform other duties as assigned.Familiar with all plant policies and comply with company rules and regulations. To perform operations in accordance with established safety practices.Aware of the company's Q.A policy and objectives. To observe these policy provisions and fulfill in all respects the requirements of his/her job. A procedures as defined in the quality manual shall be strictly observed. Assist in training and advancement of other mechanics.Is on a call out rotation schedule every 3 to 4 weeks.Capable and willing to successfully complete required classes and on the job training to progress to a Maintenance Mechanic A .Education/Experience:Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2- or 4-year trade school degree or equivalent maintenance field experience.
