Job Location : Mayetta,KS, USA
Perform maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment to ensure a continuous source of light, heat, water, power, and temperature control recommending necessary changes in such facilities or equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Remain informed of changes in rules and procedures as required to correct deficiencies and improve performance
* Maintain records and submit regular and special reports as assigned
* Instruct assigned personnel in regard to safety policies and procedures, report all safety hazards to Department Manager and follow up to ensure hazards are eliminated
* Performs preventative maintenance and repair duties on all mechanical and electrical systems and equipment
* Maintains lagoon areas and functions of the Waste water treatment plant system
* Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same
* Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Professional appearance as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook
* Must be able to work independently and function as a member of a team
* Must qualify for company insurance coverage
* A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment
Preferred
* High school graduate or equivalent
* Strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills
* 2 years in the field of Facilities Maintenance and knowledge in plumbing, electrical and HVAC
