MAINTENANCE MECHANIC - Memorial Health System : Job Details

Performs general duties with assistance from other maintenance shops to provide maintenance services to the Medical Center as assigned. Assists in maintaining plant and equipment, systems, devices and apparatus in safe and proper working order per established policies/procedures, work order specifications and appropriate codes. Qualifications Education: - High school diploma required. - Vocational classes preferred. Licensure/ Certification/ Registry: - Must possess valid Illinois driver's license and must be deemed as an acceptable driver in accordance with the MHS Fleet Safety Policy (five year MVR will be required). Experience: - 1 - 2 years' prior experience in maintenance or repair shop/service required.
