MAINTENANCE MECHANIC (Manufacturing) - Berry Global : Job Details

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 3:30 pm-12 am. Training on 1st shift M-F for 6 -8 weeks. 3.1 Performs repairs and preventive maintenance on all facility and production equipment with assistance ..2 All work performed will be in accordance to GMP's ..3 Makes basic repairs on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical functions with assistance and/or proper instructions as assigned ..4 Performs preventive maintenance tasks and routines ..5 Repairs light fixtures ..6 Replace and align conveyor belts ..7 Replace motors and gearboxes on conveying equipment ..8 Assembles new cabinets, furniture and equipment ..9 Replaces and sets blades correctly in grinders ..10 Replaces pump seals ..11 Index head preventive maintenance, which consists of replacing bushings, bearings, worn locking and pins ..12 Replace extruder screws ..13 Troubleshoot and repair minor material system problems ..14 Troubleshoot and replace blown electrical fuses ..15 Maintains machines, tools and work area in a clean and saf...Maintenance Mechanic, Manufacturing, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance, Equipment, Mechanical, Automotive
