Job Overview As the Maintenance and Operations Coordination Manager, you will:
- Lead scheduling, coordination, and deconfliction of maintenance tasks to ensure operational success.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external customers, and mission partners to prioritize and align activities with mission needs.
- Support reliability, availability, and maintainability across various mediums, environments, and warfighting domains.
- Play a key role in the meshONE mission, impacting critical operations and fostering excellence in maintenance coordination.
Job ResponsibilitiesScheduling and Coordination
- Develop, maintain, and communicate maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruption.
Conflict Resolution and Risk Management
- Identify and resolve conflicts between maintenance needs and operational priorities.
- Assess risks associated with maintenance activities and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Clearly communicate risk assessments to management and stakeholders.
Resource and Vendor Management
- Coordinate personnel, tools, and equipment to meet maintenance and operational requirements.
- Provide prioritization guidance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely maintenance services and support.
Communication and Collaboration
- Facilitate regular meetings to align maintenance and operational priorities.
- Coordinate with engineers, administrators, and support staff to ensure smooth task execution.
- Document resolutions and provide trend analysis for continuous improvement.
Training and Development
- Provide training to staff on new maintenance procedures and best practices.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance activities.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday. May require work outside regular business hours to address urgent priorities.
- Work Environment: In-office position directly supporting 24x7 NOC operations.
- Location: Colorado Springs, CO (Sev1Tech office).
- Travel: Some travel throughout the Colorado Front Range Area (Colorado Springs to Denver).
Salary Range: 160,000-175,000 DOE Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of organizational management/leadership experience.
- Experience in maintenance coordination, operations management, or a similar problem-solving roles.
- Experience in operations center and/or combat operations.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer-facing interpersonal skills.
Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Eligible. Desired Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Extensive knowledge of Department of Defense service activities and operations.
- Experience with working in new and with emerging technologies
