Maintenance Person - BENT TREE APARTMENTS : Job Details

Full Time and Part Time Maintenance person for two apartment communities in Findlay, Ohio. Both apartment communities are one floor plans. Maintenance person must have carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing and general maintenance knowledge. Maintenance would also be responsible for turning apartments. Position is ideal for retirees.
